intuixion.ai processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We collect only the information necessary to provide our service, including your name, email address, and usage data. Your information is not sold to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting contact@intuixion.ai.
We collect: account information (name, email, organisation) provided at registration; usage data (queries submitted, documents uploaded, session duration); payment information processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store the content of your queries beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
Your information is used to: provide and improve the intuixion.ai service; send service notifications and updates; process payments; comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Starter and Pro plan data is processed on EU-based servers. Team plan clients may elect SA data residency (Cape Town). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted by role-based access controls.
Under POPIA you have the right to: access personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information; object to processing; lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
